Used to study RNASET2-deficient cystic leukoencephalopathy. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in several diseases, including Lynch syndrome; RNASET2-deficient cystic leukoencephalopathy; colorectal cancer (multiple); lung cancer; and mismatch repair cancer syndrome. Orthologous to human RNASET2 (ribonuclease T2).
