Injection of the Wnt3EGFP expression construct at blastula stage resulted in the deformed phenotype. (B) Tg(memKR15-16) expressed membrane localized KillerRed in the midbrain hindbrain boundary (mhb) was used to characterize the deformed brain phenotype.
