(A) 19-week-old Tg(mitfa:BRAFV600E);p53-/-;mitfa-/- zebrafish are shown with rescued melanocytes expressing tumor accelerator SETDB1, background control EGFP, or HEXIM1/hexim1 in the MiniCoopR system.
