Effect of a Shh signaling inhibitor, cyclopamine, on slurp-like1 expression. (A, B) Wild-type embryos at 3 hpf were exposed to 100 mM cyclopmaine (Shh signal inhibitor: B) or the same volume of ethanol (control: A) and incubated at 28.5 °C until 24 hpf.
