Fig. 6 Schematic mechanism of BG pretreatment mitigates E. piscicida infection-induced intestinal inflammation in zebrafish. BG pretreatment restored the intestinal microbiota dysbiosis and promoted the recovery of phenylalanine-to-tyrosine metabolic flux, thereby maintaining intestinal barrier integrity and alleviating intestinal inflammation.
