Definition: A secondary carboxamide resulting from the formal condensation of the carboxy group of 2-propoxybenzoic acid with the amino group of 4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)aniline. It is an activator of the histone acetyltransferases CBP/p300 that passes the blood-brain barrier, induces no toxicity, and reaches different parts of the brain when conjugated to glucose-based carbon nanospheres.
