Statement of Research Interest
The Okuda Lab focuses on identifying vascular modulatory therapeutic targets and leads for the treatment of vascular proliferative diseases, including lymphatic malformations and cancer. We also investigate dynamic signalling mechanisms involved in vascular development, maintenance, regeneration, and pathology. To support these efforts, we develop and utilise a range of transgenic lines, disease models, and signalling biosensor transgenics.
